Are you an organised, customer-focused multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team, helping to keep our clients’ facilities running smoothly across the UK.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
You’ll be the key link between our clients, suppliers, and contractors – coordinating both reactive and planned maintenance jobs across multiple sites nationwide. No two days are the same as you schedule works, manage priorities, and ensure that everything runs like clockwork.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
• Coordinate maintenance requests and planned works for a variety of clients
• Liaise daily with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• Track progress, update systems, and manage documentation accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout
• Support the wider operations team to deliver a high standard of service

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
✅ Experience in facilities, maintenance, or service coordination preferred but not essential
✅ Own transport – our office is in a rural location

Are you highly organised, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? BFS Projects is looking for a proactive Operations Administrator to join our busy and friendly office team in Tattenhall.

As a key part of our growing operations, you'll be at the heart of keeping everything running smoothly — working closely with both clients and engineers to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers to coordinate works
• Scheduling repairs and service visits
• Ordering materials and equipment as required
• Organising site access, permits, and hire equipment
• Maintaining and updating client portals
• Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure projects run on time

BFS Projects is a fast-growing company, providing specialist engineer services across the hospitality and healthcare sectors — including pubs, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. Our reputation is built on reliability, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A team player who can also work independently
• Must have own transport (due to our rural location)
