It was an absolute pleasure to introduce Alex Chalk MP to our business last week and to tell him about our determination to transform the long-held approach to designing and creating industrial facilities.

We can’t believe it’s nearly the end of May - and the final week of our , which we launched in celebration of our status as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2022.

This week we’re handing over to Harry…

Hi ! I’m Harry, I have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and I am a technical graduate at Pentadel. During my degree at I particularly enjoyed learning about manufacturing processes and the mechanical design aspects of the course, which fit perfectly into my role at Pentadel.

During my degree I completed a placement year at a manufacturing facility in Devon which involved analysing the processes inside the facility and how they could be improved/streamlined to reduce lead times. I thoroughly enjoyed this and Pentadel has allowed me to take this one step further by working in a team to design whole facilities from the ground up with production processes in the forefront actively shaping the building itself to create an efficient facility.
