Today, Nongkhai is heating up a bit 35 degrees. May be it is not hot enough😅, so we'd love to share red curry paste with you.
The red curry paste can be used for spicy fried rice, one of the Khao soi ingredients, marinate meats or vegetables, and stir-fried dishes as well.
