IMPORTANT: CLASS CHANGES THIS WEEK

Due to Mary & Jason being away, the Monday Morning class will be a Chair Yoga class only with the fab Kate Wheeler teaching.

Kate will also be teaching her usual class on Wednesday morning in Llanrumney.

NOTE: There will be NO classes on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning this week.

Full class schedule will return as usual from Monday 2nd March
