🌡️ SCHOOL CLOSURES ACROSS WALES 🌡️
With a rare red weather warning now in place, more than 100 schools across Wales have announced full or partial closures as temperatures are forecast to climb as high as 39°C this week.
Councils and headteachers are making local decisions to keep pupils and staff safe, with many schools also cancelling sports days, relaxing uniform rules and moving learning online where needed.
If you’re a parent or carer, it’s worth checking directly with your child’s school for the latest updates as the list continues to grow.

Game of hide and seek gone a little too far?
Over the weekend, a boy found himself in a tricky situation outside Cardiff Castle over the weekend after somehow getting stuck inside a bike locker. 🚲 South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were on hand to save the day.

Cardiff had an unexpected Hollywood guest this weekend 👀
Guests at Cardiff's The Parkgate Hotel were in for a surprise on Friday night after spotting legendary filmmaker Quentin Tarantino. The director was seen relaxing with members of a film crew while the hotel hosted a number of events and celebrations.
