7 Sales Already… And He’s Looking To Increase Capacity 👇
This is one of my favourite types of client update 🤝
Not because of the sales...
But because of what comes next
They've already made 7 sales, with an 8th expected shortly
And now they're looking at increasing the timetable to accommodate more people

That’s why the experience is consistent
Your fitness business needs the same thing
Sales
Lead follow-up
Member onboarding
Cleaning
Opening the facility
Closing the facility
Everything should have a documented process
But here’s where most owners go wrong…
They create the SOP and then assume everyone will follow it
They won’t
Let’s say you install a brand new shower in your studio 🚿
You tell the team:
“Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, clean it, restock it and make sure it’s spotless.”
Week 1? Perfect
Week 2? Still good
Week 3? Someone goes on holiday
Week 4? It gets done once
Week 5? Nobody touches it
Week 8? A member messages saying the shower is filthy 😬
The problem wasn’t the SOP
The problem was accountability
If you want to step away from your business, you need two things:
✅ Clear systems
✅ Consistent accountability
The SOP tells people what to do
Accountability makes sure it actually gets done
Ask yourself this:
What tasks in your business still rely on you checking, chasing or reminding people?
That’s probably the next SOP you need to create
And it’s definitely the next accountability system you need to build 💪
