Rest In Peace Jim Buchanan

With great sadness I received the news that my dear friend, band mate and violin hero, Jim Buchanan, passed away peacefully last night. Jimmy was one of the bluegrass and dawg greats, playing with both Jim & Jesse and the Virginia Boys. Here is a photo of our last reunion, recording with the great Jesse McReynolds. Rest in Peace.

Had a great time playing in Blackwood Town Centre and in Cardiff yesterday and honoured to play with Yr Awdl today at Big Pit!
