Our local track Castle Combe held its annual motorcycle road race meeting this weekend so naturally we attended with William riding the Suzuki sv650 supertwin and due to a clash of distance between races used the Suzuki GSXR600 in the open races.
Results show we dominated the Supertwins class on Saturday with pole setting qualifying and a race win.
The king of Combe open class we used to further refine the handling of the GSXR600 with some credible performances on Saturday in our opinion, but further great results on Sunday with the fastest time being achieved for William on a 600cc machine round Combe.
The Supertwins first race on Sunday resulted in a DNF due to a sensor fault. So made some quick changes and came back out in race 3 with another class win and fastest lap of the race.
All in all a good weekend we feel.

Thank you to every one involved and for the volunteers that without these wonderful people would had made the weekend impossible due to James injuries.

Continuing on from last weeks success at Donington Park, this bank holiday seen William and James head off to Tonfanau Road races in Wales for the final round of the clubs championship.
Coming back with a host of wins and a new twins lap record with the Suzuki sv650 supertwin, but also performing brilliantly in the supersport class with a host of 3rd positions against 600 four cylinder and 675/765 triples. Using Dunlop KR108 tyres and Silkolene oil.
It was a fantastic club event extremely well run by happy people.
