People often think candle making begins when the wax melts.

For me, it starts much earlier. It starts with formulation. Choosing the right plant waxes, understanding how fragrance behaves under heat, testing wick performance, evaluating scent diffusion and giving a candle the time it needs to mature properly.

Every decision influences how a candle burns, how it scents a room and the atmosphere it creates.

One of the things that makes Ahloki different is that I love sharing the craft behind the product. The science is just as fascinating as the fragrance.
