Tip Top Turf

As a family type 1 diabetes is a big part of our lives since our son was diagnosed when he was only 13 months old. This Sunday we are walking a 5km to raise funds for Breakthrough T1D if you are able to donate even the smallest amount we would really appreciate it! Just a little update from Tip Top Turf to keep everything clear and fair for everyone 👌

All jobs are inspected with the customer before we leave, and once the work is completed and approved on site, refunds will not be issued afterwards. If there’s an issue, please tell us there and then — we’ll always do our best to sort it on the spot.

We also want to mention that not all artificial turf is created equal 😅 Some turf will come up looking like Centre Court at Wimbledon, while some older or flatter turf may only manage “had a decent haircut and a shower.” We don’t always achieve that dramatic “full transformation look” that you see in a lot photos and videos!

Every clean is still carried out to a full deep-clean standard, disinfected properly, and improved as much as physically possible based on the turf’s age, condition, and type. Unfortunately, if your grass has spent 8 years being flattened by kids, dogs, trampolines and Scottish weather… we can clean it, but we can’t perform CPR on it 🌧️😂
