🎄 Christmas Donations for Young Carers 🎄

Hi everyone! I’m collecting Christmas gifts for young carers in a local senior school, and I’m hoping some kind-hearted people might be able to help.

A young carer is a child who looks after a parent or sibling who is ill, disabled, or struggling. Many of these children take on responsibilities far beyond their age, and Christmas can be an especially tough time for them, emotionally and financially. A small gift can genuinely make their day feel a little brighter.

I’m looking for any donations at all, including:
✨ Small unwanted gifts
✨ Handmade items
✨ Gift vouchers or small gifts from local businesses
✨ Anything suitable for ages 11–16

Absolutely anything is appreciated. I am happy to collect from you if you are local to Basildon or you can post/deliver them to the school direct if you would prefer, just let me know and i’ll send you the address. I’ll need to collect all donations in by 7th December so we have time to sort and allocate the gifts and make sure they reach the young carers before they break up for Christmas.
