Introducing our latest project for Thistlewood Properties which sees a vacant site in the centre of Chadderton redeveloped with a new 4000sqft retail unit for Tesco Express.

The proposal is already acting as a catalyst to regenerate the wider area with us working on proposals to redevelop neighbouring retail units.

Works started on site earlier this year and are on track to be completed by the summer.
