2. Decide the Outcome ahead of time.
3. Connect to the Feeling it creates for you.
4. Make the goal as specific as possible.
5. Write the goal down and read it every day.
6. Make an Action plan on how to achieve the goal.
7. Take decisions from your Future Self.
