For the first time, our entire remote team gathered in one place. Jenny helped guide department OKR sessions, align strategy for 2026, and strengthen the collaboration that powers every client partnership we manage.

Beyond the work, we explored Paris together, celebrated a client’s grand opening, and shared moments that reminded us why building a global team matters. Connection creates clarity. And clarity drives performance.
