Inspired by the elegance of sakura season, this cocktail highlights the delicate floral profile of Le Sirop de MONIN Cherry Blossom, balanced with shochu, coconut water and yuzu.
✔INGREDIENTS
12,5 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Cherry Blossom​
7,5 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Cherry​
45 ml shoshu​
30 ml coconut water​
22,5 ml egg white or vegan foamer​
10 ml yuzu juice
✔METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Reverse dry shake. Fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with dried edible flowers and serve.
