Stepping into something completely different this weekend at Paul Ricard for the 1st Round of the on the Ford Matech GT3 from sharing it with my teammate (1st time for her in Europe!)
A few initial laps to start understanding the car, its DNA…
Not the smoothest run so far with some technical issues during the practice sessions, but that’s part of the process when you’re building things from scratch.
Tomorrow, we race. Twice.
Let’s see what we can extract from it.

Off-season for a racing driver apparently means three things:
snow, ice… and pretending a hot tub counts as recovery training.
Same focus. Same vision.
At least I can always rely on to keep the view sharp — whether it’s an apex or a mountain horizon.

Manthey style: start from the back, fight through the field, climb into the top 5… and then watch it slip away in the final minutes with a DNF.
