Focus your eyes on God and there will be nothing you can’t get through. God is the way, truth, and the life. God’s got you, remember that! God bless you and your family in Jesus name Amen 🙏🙏✝️

The Lord turns the corner from telling the people of Judah how they are failing to telling them how to begin to change. The sinful state of their hearts, minds, and actions are so extreme that all their offerings and religious observances have become meaningless (Isaiah 1:11–15). In fact, they are worse than meaningless because God receives them as a burden.(Isaiah 1:14)

To make their relationship with Yahweh meaningful again, the people must make real changes. The Lord tells them to wash and make themselves clean. He is not talking about ceremonial washing or more offerings and sacrifices. The way God intends for His people to become clean is for them to stop doing evil. He sees their evil deeds. The only way to keep Him from seeing them is to stop doing them. This was the first step toward changing how God views them and returning to a close relationship with Him.

God is talking to a people who worshiped him regularly through their offerings and their sacrifices. Picture it like they were in church every Sunday, yet they were missing the whole point. And so God speaks clearly, sternly to them, says, “Wash, make yourselves clean. Remove the evil of your doings from my eyes. Cease to do evil.” They were walking in disobedience to him and using their worship as a coverup for that. Is it possible for you and I to go through the routine of worship and not pay attention to areas of disobedience in our lives? Absolutely, that’s possible for any one of us. God is not interested in "robots" but in men and women who will love Him from their heart, and this is a love which shows itself in obedience,God often work in the unseen,just because we can’t see it or feel it doesn’t mean he isn’t working .

Truth to remember this week :

God is close to you even when you don’t feel like it(Deut 31:6)
God sees your work, even when no one else done it (Heb 6:10)
God’s strength will carry you,even when you feel weak (Heb 3:16 )
