After the wrecking of FAD1 on a reef off Kadavu in 2016, Bluewater Craft was forced into a lengthy legal battle with Freedive Fiji over the ownership of the 28' hull of FAD1. We are now happy to announce that after a resounding High Court victory (judgement at link below)
