Working on a private with was the cherry on top of my Dubrovnik Classical Pilates Conference experience. 🙏✨

From the first leg spring exercise on the Cadillac, he got me moving strongly yet made me move smartly to develop the stronger back. That means a lot of extention instead of rounding for me. And that felt super good!
