We’re looking for a digital designer to work with us in designing decentralized solutions and supporting our marketing efforts. You'll be working with passionate, sharp minds to create and promote ambitious solutions that have the potential to change the world.
TX – Tomorrow Explored is an advisory and software development company specialising in application of blockchain technology and decentralized data. We're making technologies of tomorrow accessible for clients today. Our goal is to develop solutions that truly empower industries, organisations and people.
This position is part-time with the opportunity to convert to full-time later on. The work can be done remotely, and we welcome applications from contractors / autonomous workers. We encourage applications from Barcelona and Helsinki where our teams are mainly based so that we can meet you!
About the job
-Depending on your skills and experience within digital design, you might support us in the following ways:
-Working with a multidisciplinary team of developers, strategists and designers to solve challenges and build digital solutions in our projects
-Designing user experiences and interfaces based on business goals, working iteratively and validating designs with prototypes and user testing
-Working in projects ranging from grants funded by EU or foundations to projects with Fortune500 companies, NGOs, and startups
-Working in our groundbreaking and ambitious project that aims to enable direct investments for crypto investors into real world infrastructure projects
-Creating visual designs to support marketing campaigns in collaboration with our marketing team
What we're looking for
-You can show a portfolio of work demonstrating 5+ years experience in your field of digital design (e.g. UX, UI, visual design), as a freelancer or for example in a digital agency or startup.
-You produce high quality results with utmost attention to detail.
-You’re experienced in designing for various use cases in the digital landscape.
-You have an eye for visual design, branding and how to showcase concepts aesthetically for marketing.
-You’re able to communicate ideas, design choices and concepts clearly.
-You work well with a multidisciplinary, distributed team, and we can rely on you to deliver and meet deadlines.
-You’re passionate about great design and you have an interest in sharing your knowledge and expertise.
-You're familiar with widely used design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Photoshop and Illustrator, and you can recommend the best-of-the-breed tools into collaborative use for our team.
-You’re fluent in written and spoken English.
-Other skills like HTML/CSS, motion graphics or animation are a bonus, but not mandatory. Let us know what you can do!

We’re looking for a PR & Communications Lead to join our team as we embark on a mission to introduce a brand new DeFi product. You’ll be working on a groundbreaking and ambitious project that aims to enable direct investments for crypto investors into real world infrastructure projects.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and will execute high quality content across all of our communications channels and deliver media relations strategies on behalf of the project. You will be a passionate storyteller and motivated to help the project establish itself as the leading infrastructure funding platform for lenders and borrowers.
To succeed in this role, you should be a flawless communicator and proficient in your use of the English language. You should also have experience in the Web 3.0, crypto and DeFi space. The position is remote, so we accept applications from contractors / autonomous workers, but we actively encourage applications from Barcelona and Helsinki.

Some examples of what you’ll do in the role:
-Plan and execute relations with media, influencers, partners and users to drive coverage and positively influence public perception of our project.
-Ideate and execute campaigns across own channels and external media channels.
-Actively monitor and report on media coverage and brand mentions, along with measuring the impact of PR and social media campaigns.
-Leverage data and analytics to identify press opportunities and contribute to continual strategy improvement.
-Identify and prioritize opportunities for the project to participate in conversations and events relevant to our mission and business objectives.
-Craft effective and compelling content such as blogs, press releases and opinion pieces, and also assist in the production of content such as videos and podcasts.
-Develop and own the ex*****on of a proactive communications strategy to increase brand visibility and strengthen brand awareness.
-Oversee the social media content calendar and work together with the Head of Marketing to develop a cohesive plan for driving engagement among followers, lenders and borrowers.
-Work closely with and support the other members of the marketing team (Head of Marketing, Community Manager, Outreach Manager, Social Media Manager).
Requirements:
-You have a demonstrated track record in communications and PR, with 3-5 years of experience.
-You have established contacts with crypto, finance, startup or technology reporters, and demonstrate a clear understanding of these outlets.
-You have a passion for Web 3.0 and you understand the basics of blockchain technologies.
-You’re up-to-date on the latest developments in the Web 3.0, crypto and DeFi ecosystem.
-You’re passionate about learning and understanding new markets and opportunities to grow a brand.
-You’re a great communicator and fluent in English both in writing and conversation, and can convey details with clarity and coherence.
-You work well with a multidisciplinary, distributed team, managing your work effectively in a remote work setting.
-You’re excited by the thought of joining a small but fast growing company and are prepared to be flexible in a rapidly evolving company and space.
-You preferably have a bachelor level degree in a relevant field, such as journalism, marketing, communications, or technology.
