Empowering Through Knowledge β Sululta, Oromia Region
Casting Crowns Charitable Organization, through its Oromia Regional Office, recently hosted a transformative Mushroom Cultivation & Cash Flow Quadrant Training Program in Sululta Town, Sheger City Administration, Abageda Wereda.
The session was led by our Executive Director, W/ro Haregewoin Alemayehu, with the support of Mr. Abel Shiferaw, Head of the Job Creation and Skill Office in Sululta Sub-City. The program brought together 10 selected unemployed individuals alongside local government representatives.
π± Program Objectives:
Equip youth and unemployed individuals with practical mushroom farming skills
Introduce the Cash Flow Quadrant model to boost financial literacy and entrepreneurship
Empower participants to launch sustainable income-generating activities
Through this initiative, we are planting seeds of opportunity β investing in skills, livelihoods, and long-term economic empowerment for communities in Oromia. β¨

Founded in February 2023 by a determined brother-and-sister duo, we were officially registered under Registry No. 6697 by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Society Organizations.
Our mission is clear:

Build human resource capacity for community-led development
As part of our early milestones, we are developing a Policy Manual β a framework to help us grow stronger, stay accountable, and serve communities more effectively.
