Role Overview:
A Printing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machinery (e.g., offset, digital, flexographic, or screen printing presses) to produce high-quality printed materials. They ensure efficient production runs, troubleshoot minor issues, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup & Operation:
- Prepare printing presses by installing plates, inks, and substrates (paper, plastic, etc.).
- Adjust machine settings (speed, alignment, ink flow) for optimal print quality.
- Monitor print runs to detect and correct defects (smudging, misalignment, color inconsistencies).
2. Quality Control:
- Perform regular checks to ensure prints meet specifications.
- Follow job orders and approve samples before full production.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct basic cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Identify and resolve common mechanical issues (jams, ink drying problems).
4. Safety & Compliance:
- Follow workplace safety protocols (PPE, hazardous material handling).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production deadlines.
- Report malfunctions or material shortages promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in printing technology is a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years operating printing machinery (offset, digital, flexo, etc.). Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of press mechanics and color-matching.
- Ability to read job orders and use measuring tools (calipers, densitometers).
Additional Skill:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.
Role Overview
As our Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content that enhances our brand presence and ensures seamless event communication. This is a short-term, fast-paced role requiring creativity, efficiency, and a deep understanding of digital and print design trends.
Responsibilities
• Social Media Post Design: Create captivating visuals for event promotions, engagement posts, and live updates.
• Blog Post & Email Marketing Design: Design visually appealing assets for blogs and email campaigns.
• Document & Presentation Design: Develop sleek, professional reports and event materials.
• Print Design: Design high-quality flyers, brochures, posters, banners, invitations, and other event print materials.
• Photo Editing: Retouch and enhance event-related images for marketing and promotional use.
• Event Live Post Design: Design real-time visuals to be posted live during the event.
• Social Media Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, highlight reels, and promotional clips for digital platforms.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
• Good Portfolio of work.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, branding, and print production.
• Experience in event branding, social media graphics, and marketing collateral design.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
• Availability for full-time onsite work from Monday to Saturday during the contract period.
