Reporting to: finance Admin & general Manager
Position Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities: -
· Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively promoting the company's properties and services
· Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information to clients
· Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and expand the client base
· Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner
· Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings
· Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
· Reporting the sales every month to the general manager
· Evaluate employees every 3 months and send to human resources Department
Requirements: -
ü Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales & 2 year of experience as sales supervisor / showroom head/
ü Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
ü Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ü Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
ü Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
ü Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
ü Supportive and collaborative work environment.
