The (not-so) detailed plan for my Dubai and Doha 72 hour city break with no hotels, just using Priority Pass airport lounges for all food, booze and sleep!

JULY 1: Red eye flight Thailand to Dubai, BKK-DXB (via DOHA)
- LOUNGES: Miracle First lounge in Bangkok, Al Maha lounge in Doha, sleeping pods with Airport Sleepover on arrival in Dubai airport

JULY 2: Reunion with my mate Selim! Then together, sight see all day in Dubai - Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Palm, the Marina, maybe see some friends if I have time
- LOUNGES: Brekkie at Ahlan business lounge, then back to airport that night for drinks at Marhaba lounge, then sleeping pods at Airport Sleepover again

JULY 3: Morning flight from Dubai to Doha, sightsee in Doha all day.
- LOUNGES: Back to Doha aiport for dinner at Al Maha, then the same brand sleep pods (they also have them in Doha, and also accessible by Priority Pass!)

JULY 4: Red-eye flight, Doha back to Bangkok (I used airmiles for First class!)

WHY?!
Because it's fun! I haven't seen my mate Selim Bayraktar in 6 months, he lives in Turkey, and Doha and Dubai is half way between us both. PERFECT! We did something similar on our last reunion in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore with the lounges and it was a big success, so I hatched a plan for this one!

COST?
I used 37,500 avios airmiles to fly economy from Thailand to Dubai, and 99,000 avios airmiles to fly from Dubai-Doha-Bangkok (in FIRST CLASS - can't wait!) so that was all free minus taxes.
Hotels: $0
Restaurants: $0
Accommodation: $0
- All of that is with my Priority Pass!
I'll prob spend a bit on ubers, and maybe entrances if I go to any museums etc. All in maybe a $100 or so?!

"Nothing in moderation". That's my motto, and it's brought me pretty far.

I have nothing to sell, don't worry - this isn't me trying to push any products, just showing what I take daily personally. No affiliate links and no sponsors!

I don't believe at all in huper optimising your life, and depriving yourself of joy. Drinking 10 Guinness and chatting nonsense with mates is absolute peak. As are 10 of my wife's soft baked cookies on our cheat-day Sunday.

Watching podcasters talking about 2 glasses of wine "ruining" their next 3 days is nothing short of pathetic. LIfe is to be lived.

That being said, we shouldn't ignore our health. So if you want to know how I've dragged my skinny fat, 42 year old self across multiple ultra marathons in the Sahara, climbed the highest mountains on earth and reach both poles, it's because I believe in nothing in moderation on both ends! I train disgustingly hard, and when I'm not eating cheat meals, I am intentional about my food.

And I take 10 trillion multivitamins. If you want to copy my stack, I don't have anything to sell but years of practice, and trial and error have got me on these:

* NMN — Cellular energy and healthy aging
* Ashwagandha — Stress reduction and recovery support
* Zinc — Immune function and hormone support
* Calcium + D3 — Bone strength and calcium absorption
* Magnesium Glycinate — Sleep, relaxation, muscle recovery
* Tongkat Ali — Energy, testosterone support
* Vitamin B12 — Nerve health and energy metabolism
* Turmeric — Joint health and inflammation support
* B-Complex Vitamins — Energy production and stress support

If you can only take 1 or 2 due to budget I'd say NMN and Tongkat Ali. (B12 if you're vegetarian, like me, too.
