Finally 'THE BOOK I WANT' list started coming in last week. It is evident that the book appetite of students is wide open!

Can we collaborate to nurture this noble influence in strengthening the book reading characters for these students?

As you may well remember KNOWLEDGE GATE Bookshop, as it's 50th year commemoration project, wants to bring together people and students together through a process of buying the book- gifts for a school's students.
We had initially planned to do it for the Ethiopian Christmass season, but getting the student's book-wish-list took very long time due to the school's business and that the cautous ways of doing things with covid took much time.
Anyways last week we have finally received the first lists for grades 8, 10, 11, & 12. filled by very eager students. These were enough to start the peparations for order.
Now again we are fortunate that the ADOWA's 125th year is coming in 3 weeks. It would be great to give the students the book gifts during this national victory celebration --- that the significance of being in a victorious, free, and proud nation comes with the responsibility of building a knowledgeable mature generation to sustain and thrive in such prestigious historical heritage.
