Acute Glomerulonephritis (AGN) in children is usually a mild, self-limiting condition (most commonly post-streptococcal) presenting with blood in the urine, facial swelling, and high blood pressure. However, atypical features like severe acute kidney injury (AKI), nephrotic-range proteinuria, and hypertensive encephalopathy require further evaluation and care.
