❌It's not all about fat loss❌
The two main objectives with clients tends to be either fat loss or bulking up, but it's important to remember to focus on the journey not just a finish line. 🏆
So try setting yourself some performance goals too. Some milestones on the way whereby you can measure your progress. Set yourself a distance, be it running, rowing, swimming or on the bike for example and set out to beat it.
If you focus on the journey rather than the end game, it will 100% give your motivation a boost. ⚡
After my cardiac arrest my objective was to rebuild my cardiovascular capacity by setting small myself achievable goals.
So try setting yourself a goal today, meet it, and then look to exceed it. You can and will do better and it will make you feel good about yourself! Trust me on that.
👊Your perseverance and hard work will pay off and your attitude will reflect your results. So own it and enjoy the journey! You are your limit!
