I’m so happy with this journey that started with the first show of the year already in May.
- We started from scratch, returned my Elite Pro Card, switched to the NPC and went on a hunt for the IFBB PRO CARD, all with my friend & coach

We finished 3rd at the European Championships today. That means we got two 1st 🥇 & two 🥉 places, all pro qualifiers so far in the NPC.
- We are close but more work needs to be done. We spoke to the judges & know what to do. So next time you see me on stage, that work will be done! 💯

I want to give HUGE thanks to for putting up an amazing show, I’ve done 3 of his shows this year & the venue on all is incredible!

My client & friend William traveled from Sweden - Marbella to train & live the fitness lifestyle with me for 2 weeks.

- We’ve been working and focusing on hard training w proper technique, quality nutrition and mindset.
Now William is on his way back home to level up his game even more. 👊🏼
