The topic of nutrition itself is an absolute minefield but when things become a little complex and confusing the best thing to always do is.....take it back to basics. Simplify and adapt to fit to your lifestyle and goals.

You’re going to get an entire challenge regarding goal setting soon however it’s important to know from the off what your intentions are for this challenge and where you’d like to be heading. So with that in mind, here’s what I’d like you to do for today’s challenge....

1. Head over to your coaches Herbalife shop (where you purchased your products from) and select ‘free wellness profile’. Follow the steps and find out the daily targets to aim for for your specific goals. Please note if you are on a fat loss journey you will want to select ‘weight loss’ as your top selection as it’s done in order of priority. Check in with your coach once you have completed your profile to make sure you’re intake of food is similar to the targets you’ve been given. Progress not perfection remember people.
2. Watch this incredible video from the awesome Jordan taking you through the basics of nutrition and giving you an understanding or micros, macros and the ratio we should be having on our plates. I still learn something new every time I watch this!

Comment below once you have done these 2 tasks gang, I know it feels like homework and most of you are probably sick to death of home schooling right now but it’s important we gain as much knowledge early on in this challenge!
