You don't need to shout or break others down to achieve greatness. A kitchen can be a place where creativity, teamwork, and joy coexist. I want to highlight that not only can we lead with compassion, but women chefs especially show that success is rooted in respect. Let’s embrace a new standard: a kitchen where we uplift each other, where kindness and excellence go hand in hand.
