Buying property in Spain?
Most buyers focus on one number only: the purchase price.
That is where the mistake starts.
If you buy a property on the Costa del Sol for €500,000, your real investment is not only €500,000.
Once you add purchase costs, the total can be closer to €550,000.
Now imagine that something changes.
* Your plans change.
* Your family situation changes.
* You need liquidity.
* Or you simply realise the property was not the right fit.
If you have to sell again shortly after buying, this can become very expensive.
Even if you sell the property for the same €500,000, you are not necessarily safe.

Because selling also has costs.
