La dulzura terrosa de la remolacha se encuentra con la frescura herbal de la albahaca y una leche de tigre vegetal que aporta acidez, profundidad y muchísima frescura en cada bocado.
Nos gusta explorar el ceviche desde una mirada más estacional y creativa, trabajando ingredientes frescos y de temporada para reinterpretar un clásico desde otro lugar.

De carne blanca, firme y delicada, la corvina tiene una textura suave pero consistente, con un sabor limpio y elegante que la convierte en uno de nuestros pescados favoritos en cocina.
Su mejor temporada suele darse entre primavera y verano, cuando el producto alcanza su mejor sabor, textura y frescura.
Trabajar con ingredientes de temporada no solo mejora el resultado final del plato, también permite respetar el producto, entender sus tiempos y crear experiencias mucho más auténticas.🌸
Nos encanta porque funciona igual de bien en crudo, a la brasa o en ceviche, donde realmente se puede apreciar su frescura, textura y equilibrio natural.
