​Environmental Cooling: The multi-level landscape and strategic palm placement create a natural microclimate, reducing the "urban heat island" effect and providing natural ventilation for the surrounding units.

​Social Connectivity: By placing the courtyard at the heart of the project, we create a safe, car-free "social anchor" where families can interact, children can play, and neighbors can build a true sense of community.
