" Q.S and Cost Control Engineer "
Job Description:
• Prepare and review project quantities take-off
• Prepare a detailed bill of Quantities in accordance with international standards
• Develop the project's technical specifications and maintain suppliers/ vendor lists.
• Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract
• Preparation of cost estimates and tender documents.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Perform price analysis and assist in bid preparation
• Prepare cost breakdown sheets
• Review and Coordinate between Specs ,BOQ and related documents
• Track changes to the design and construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
• Prepare periodic cost reports
Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate projects
