Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in selling photocopiers, printers, managed print services, and other tech solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Engage in networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and Demonstrate Products: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our photocopiers, printers, and managed print services.
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Provide After-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Maintain Sales Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
• Prepare Sales Reports: Generate detailed sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in selling photocopiers, printers, managed print services, and tech solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
