Did you ever know that exercise makes us smarter?

So a little exercise is never a bad thing, and could not only make you stronger, but smarter too! ;)

Being at work or even driving shouldn't stop you having stronger Abs! ;)
- When you are on your desk at work; Give belly pooch the pink slip with Pilates breathing: Gently suck in your gut as if you were buttoning a tight pair of jeans. Then breathe without allowing your abs to relax. Do this for 30 seconds. Repeat five times as a regular work out ;)
