We are Hiring Employer Branding Specialist to our company
About Company:
Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E, part of the Orascom Construction group of companies, provides integrated facilities management services in the Middle East and North Africa region. With a focus on commercial, retail, healthcare, and business parks, Contrack FM offers a wide range of services including engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, hygiene, landscaping, and security. The company works closely with clients to create effective workplaces by integrating people, facilities, and technology.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employer Branding Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt.
The Specialist will be responsible for developing and promoting the employer brand, communication strategies, recruitment marketing, and recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
Day-to-day tasks include managing employer branding campaigns, enhancing communication channels, and implementing recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing skills
Communication expertise
Marketing and Recruiting knowledge
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Ability to attract and engage top talent
Strong organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of HR practices and trends
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
