Jock Busuttil is a freelance head of product, coach, and author. He has spent over two decades working with technology companies to improve their product management practices, from startups to multinationals.

In 2012 Jock founded Product People Limited, which provides product management consultancy, coaching, and training. Its clients include BBC, the University of Cambridge, Ometria, Prolific, and the UK’s Ministry of Justice and Government Digital Service (GDS).

Jock holds a master’s degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge. He is the author of The Practitioner’s Guide To Product Management, published in January 2015 by Grand Central Publishing in the US and Piatkus in the UK.

Tarek is a designer by nature. He is the founder of "desirm” - a design firm specializing in UX Consulting, Digital Design & Development, and Design Training.

He worked with many leading brands such as Smart Dubai, Etisalat Egypt, Lagorta UAE, BBI Consultancy KSA/UAE/Egypt, Cairo University, and other promising brands.

With focus on Influencing the business to unlock intersection of strategy, design, and technology, He is eager in Humanize AI. Also, Tarek held many talks and workshops for designers, geeks, and architectures, for instance, Google Egypt Community, Nile University and others.

Tarek became IBM Certified in human-centric AI in early 2019.

ElSawaf will be moderating an interesting Panel Discussion on how the "User Experience - UX" will be affected by COVID19 and what should UX Designers be prepared for?
