We are glad that our champions who participated in sahl hasheesh endurance festival Abd-Elrahman Mahmoud and Ahmeddwoo Salah acheived the first place and the third place in Relay Sprint Race (750 meters swimming, 20 KM cycling and 5 KM running). Also, they achieved the first place and the third place in Relay Olympic Race (1500 Meters swimming, 40 KM cycling and 10 KM running).
And finally Abd-Elrahman Mahmoud achieved the second place in the Relay Half Iron Man Race (1900Meters of swimming, 90KM of cycling and 21 Kilo of running).
سعداء جداً بفوز ابطالنا الذين اشتركوا في سهل حشيش انديورنس فيستيفال عبد الرحمن المركز الاول و صلاح كمال المركز الثالث في السباق التتابعي سبرنت (750 متر سباحة ، 20 كيلومترًا وركوب الدراجات 5 كيلومترات). و عبد الرحمن و صلاح فازوا بالمركز الاول و الثالث في السباق التتابع الأولمبي (1500 متر سباحة ، 40 كيلومترًا وركوب الدراجات 10 كيلومترات).
‎ و في السباق التتابعي الهاف ايرون مان فاز عبد الرحمن بالمركز الثاني (1900 متر من السباحة ،90 كيلومترات من الدراجات و21 كيلو من الركض)

It was a great pleasure to organize such an event and seeing that all participants enjoyed
Despite of the differences in ages and fitness level, all participants were happily motivated to do more in cycling and running, along with healthy eating to help them keep up with their fitness journey
Friendship were easily built in few days between group of people who never met before
As part of our responsibility towards the environment, we were able not to use any plastic as part of awareness of it’s harm.
Also we would like to thanks our sponsors for their support to our event

سعداء جداً بتنظيم رأس محمد فيت كامب و كنا سعداء من ردود الافعال السعيدة للمشاركين معانا رغم اختلاف لياقتهم البدنية و اختلاف اعمارهم، اتحمسوا لبذل مجهود في زيادة لياقتهم من خلال الأكل الصحي و ركوب العجل و الجري.
الروح الحلوة اللي كانت موجودة بين المشاركين في الكامب خليتهم يكون صداقات بينهم و بين بعض في وقت قصير
و طبعاً منسناش دورنا في الحفاظ على البيئة باننا مستعملناش البلاستيك خالص طول فترة الكامب و ده كان جزء من التوعية باضرار البلاستيك على البيئة.
