•Fluid Yoga™ is a holistic yoga practice that focuses on Oneness, Union, Love and Connectivity.
•This Teacher Training will explain to you why we do the things we do in Yoga… From the positioning of the feet, to the movements of the arms, passing by where to look, how and when to breathe, etc… It all has a reason deeply rooted in Yoga. This is your chance to learn all that!
•The teaching methodologies that you will learn draw their strength not only from ancient Yoga philosophy but also from a strong scientific background that helps instructors rest assured that their classes are safe for the general population.
•The course will provide you with very powerful and professional teaching tools that will give you the confidence to be an amazing instructor.
•It will also give you a very solid background in Yoga philosophy that will take you on a journey of self-discovery and help you live your Yoga every day, on and off the mat.
