Year EIGHT of The Catalyst’s Training of Trainers Program is here!!
A New cycle with higher bars🔥

What’s different this year?

🔷 A new Learning Management System with a significantly improved user experience,

🔷 Enhancements to the gamification system, including expanded resources and a richer virtual economy,

🔷 Expanded content with more field-tested data and highly practical materials (templates, tools, and resources) to support real performance,

🔷 New additions to the training family (details to be announced),

🔷 The same structured process and yes, it remains performance-based (you may pass or fail). Progress depends on demonstrated effort and outcomes.

The program is delivered by The following Catalyst trainers:

Moe Ash ((The Sarcastic One))

Together, they run the 82-hour experience.
Tri-weekly: Saturday – Monday – Wednesday.

For the past 8 years, The Catalyst has been avidly trying to topple the traditional learning formats in conducting TOT (Training of Trainers) programs.

As we do believe in our responsibility to offer a stellar learning experience to our learners.
Every cohort we work on updating our content, our tools of implementation, and even our design systems.

We are the ONLY gamified training of trainers program in the Middle East🧐🤨

The program sure got itself a huge facelift for the past 5 cohorts to make the gamification feel a lot more competitive & collaboratively enriching 😉🔥

1️⃣A new gamified learning system that will engage our learners even more with the learning journey.
Plus: customized learning paths, achievement tracks, and interactive tests & assessments🧩🎯🐲

2️⃣We are utilizing 2 CUSTOM Ai CHARACTERS in our system created to aid and assist the learners throughout the learning experience.
Those Ai bots can help answer all of your L&D inquiries & questions during our journey together💻💡
