Store Manager

OKHTEIN is hiring a full-time Store Manager. This role involves managing daily operations, driving customer satisfaction, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage daily store operations efficiently and smoothly.
Drive sales performance while upholding luxury brand standards.
Oversee inventory control and implement retail loss prevention strategies.
Ensure high standards in visual merchandising and operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Train and develop staff to meet performance and service goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Store Management, ideally in retail or fashion.
