Our Yoga instructor Nada is a certified yoga teacher since 2018 and registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT®️200.
She learned yoga under the guidance of Himalayan yoga master Yogirishi Vishvketu, in Rishikesh, India; the birthplace of yoga. She’s also studying Yoga Therapy and Therapeutic Somatic Experience, augmenting her yoga teaching approach with further healing modalities.
