TMS Agency is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager

Job Description:
- Manage account management, including negotiating contracts for maximum profit.
- Deliver marketing solutions in a timely and successful manner based on client needs and goals while ensuring they are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Monitor account performance and provide clients with regular reports.
- Comprehend clients’ business goals and challenges.
- Ensure that all client contracts and agreements are up-to-date and accurately reflect the partnership terms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize account performance.
- Communicate client feedback and requests to relevant teams within the company.
- Assist in developing account-specific marketing strategies.

Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, marketing or relevant field.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage meetings with clients and close deals.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the market’s various industries.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
