Job Title: Network and IT Support
Reporting to: IT Manager
Job Summary:
The Network and IT Manager infrastructure, network systems, and technology operations in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Management:
Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
2. IT Systems Management:
Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
Ensure data integrity, periodic backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
Security:
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities promptly.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulations relevant to the debt collection industry.
4. Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide advanced technical support to resolve IT issues for staff promptly.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations.
