محمد وياسمين دعبيس شقيقان مصريان يحولان إدارة الإمدادات الطبية إلى منصة رقمية تربط المستشفيات بالموردين مباشرة في عملية أكثر سرعة وذكاء ويصلان إلى قائمة فوربس 30 تحت الـ30.. فكيف ذلك؟

في وقتٍ لا تزال فيه كثير من المستشفيات تعتمد على الإجراءات التقليدية في شراء المستلزمات الطبية وإدارة المخزون، قرر الشقيقان محمد دعبيس وياسمين دعبيس دخول هذا القطاع المعقد بفكرة مختلفة: منصة رقمية تربط المستشفيات بالموردين مباشرة وتحوّل إدارة الإمدادات الطبية إلى عملية أكثر سرعة وذكاء.

أسس الشقيقان، إلى جانب محمد هاني، شركة Ultrateb بهدف معالجة واحدة من أكبر المشكلات في القطاع الصحي، وهي ضعف كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد الطبية وصعوبة إدارة المخزون داخل المستشفيات.

لكن Ultrateb لم تتوقف عند فكرة الربط بين البائعين والمستشفيات فقط، بل طورت منظومة متكاملة تشمل التمويل، وإدارة المخزون، والتحليلات التنبؤية، ما ساعد المستشفيات على تقليل الهدر وتحسين توافر المستلزمات الطبية.

وخلال فترة قصيرة، نجحت المنصة في خدمة أكثر من 50 مستشفى و70 بائعًا، مع إدارة ما يزيد على 2,500 وحدة مخزون، فيما سجلت مبيعات تراكمية بلغت 350 ألف دولار بين أكتوبر 2022 وأكتوبر 2024.

النجاح السريع للشركة جذب أيضًا دعمًا ماليًا مهمًا، إذ حصلت Ultrateb على تمويل مخصص بقيمة 4 ملايين دولار من بنك كريدي أجريكول لتمويل عملائها، في خطوة عززت قدرتها على التوسع داخل السوق المصري والانطلاق نحو أسواق أفريقية جديدة، أبرزها نيجيريا. وفي عام 2024 جاء اسم الثنائي ضمن قائمة فوربس 30 تحت الـ30.
