في الأصل، بيستخدم النوع دا من الحواجز من أجل "احتواء" النفايات الصلبة .
الايام دي، بتتصنع حواجز القدم من طبقات غير منسوجة زيي SM أو SMS أو نادرا SMMS عشان توفر نعومة على الجلد (الطبقة S) ومناسبة (الطبقة M).
في الطية الخارجية لحواجز القدم، بيتم وضع زوج أو زوجين من الخيوط. بتسمح هذه الأشرطة المطاطية بالبقاء على البانر أثناء الاستخدام وأنها تكون على اتصال مستمر بجلد الطفل.

Standing Leg Cuff For Baby Diaper

Originally, those barriers were introduced to "contain" solid waste only. After SAP and super slim cores introduction, SIG needed to be able to keep liquid as well. The main reason was that the core could not acquire liquids with the previous speed, and therefore they needed more time to do the job.
Today, leg cuffs are made of layered non-woven like SM, SMS, or rarely SMMS to provide softness on the skin (S layer) and proper (M layer).
In the outer fold of leg cuffs, one or two pairs of threads are placed. Those elastics allow banners to stay up during usage and be continuously in contact with baby skin.

تعتبر المناديل المستخدمة في حفاضات الاطفال الي بتختلف عن مناديل الحمام العادية وبتتميز بمرونة أعلى وقوة امتاص للبلل عنصر مهم في الحفاضات. بيعمل النسيج بشكل أساسي كناقل (الناقل هو قلب الامتصاص للحفاض).
طيب المناديل الورقية دي مصنوعة من اية؟
بيتكون ورق المناديل من اللب، وهو مادة خام من أساس خشبي، وبيتم استخدامها لإنتاج كتير من المنتجات الورقية.
بيتم إنتاج اللب البكر عن طريق فصل ألياف السليلوز ميكانيكيًا عن الخشب. لا يحتوي على أي محتوى معاد تدويرها، وهو مصنوع مباشرة من لب الأشجار. ويعتبر كمان ورقًا عالي الجودة. اعتمادا على تصميم حفاضات الأطفال وسراويل(البانت) الأطفال، في حفاضات الأطفال، بيكون النسيج بين طبقة الاستحواذ وFluff + SAP (البوليمرات فائقة الامتصاص). ولكن في سراويل الأطفال، يكون النسيج بين SAP (البوليمرات فائقة الامتصاص) وطبقة PE.

Tissue
A special tissue paper different from regular bathroom tissue and has a higher elasticity and wet strength is another important component of a diaper. The tissue essentially serves as a carrier for the pad (the pad is the diaper's absorbent core) and helps reduce the pin holes created during the compression process carried out by continuous drum-forming systems. Waistband
This patch is usually placed in the end flap and, more rarely, in the front. It consists of elastic film and, sometimes, elastic foam. It is used to provide more softness to the product but is rarely used today.
The main purpose of a waistband is to improve fit in the waist area by creating a snap-back effect.
Recently, this feature has been less and less present in products on the market for cost-saving reasons and because the “snug" effect is obtained through methods like elastic side panels (ESP).
Elastic material can consist of films, single layers, or more.

To increase comfort, additional features have been introduced like:

This web has two functions:
1. It allows the transfer of fluids from outside to internal layers and contrasts the reverse flow.

2: It provides a feeling of freshness and softness because it is the layer in contact with the skin.
It generally consists of synthetic fibers (PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene), or rarely of natural fibers (cotton, rayon), or even more rarely of aperture film.

عملية تصنيع الحفاضات بسيطة. وهي بتتكون من عملية مستمرة يتم فيها طحن ورق الحشو بواسطة مطحنة مطرقة لتصنيع عجينة منفوشة، والي بيتم دعمها بعد كده بواسطة المناديل الورقية. بعد كده، بيتم وضع قماش غير منسوج، وبيتم وضع مادة لاصقة لربط المواد. وبيتم قطع الحفاض إلى الأبعاد المناسبةعلي حسب اختيار العميل، وبيتم ربط أشرطة التثبيت والتحرير في نقط محددة. وبالتالي، فإن العملية هي:

• اخيرا بيتم وضع كل حفاضة في أكياس فردية وترتيبها بشكل جيد للتعبئة.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The manufacturing process of the Diapers is simple and amenable to line production. It consists of a continuous operation in which the filler paper is ground by a hammer mill to produce a fluffed pulp, which is then supported by tissue paper. Next, a non-woven fabric is placed, and adhesive is applied to bond the materials. The diaper is cut to the proper dimension, and the fastener and release tapes are attached at designated points. Thus, the process is: sheets of rolled wood pulp are continuously and automatically fed to the pulp crusher, which crushes the supplied pulp into cotton-like fluff.
• The fluffed pulp is then molded into strips.
• Two absorbent layers of cotton are placed on two sides of the molded strip.
• The entire strip is then cut into the required lengths.
• The waterproof polyethylene film is laid on the sides of the absorbent layers.
• The entire strip is then wrapped in a non-woven fabric, which holds the individual strips together.
• The strip is processed by hot sealing and embossed with favorite figures.
• The diapers, which are still joined together by the train diaper, are forwarded by a conveyor and thereafter cut into separate pieces.
• Each diaper is then placed into individual bags and arrayed in good order for packing.

بتحتوي الحفاضات الكلوت على شكل X على فتحات ارجل على شكل علامة X أو علامة زائد (+)، مع لوحين في كل
جانب من ناحية كل فتحة للساق بيتقابلوا عند نقطة أسفل كل فتحة ساق بدل التمدد لأعلى في اتجاه حزام الخصر زيي ما بيحصل في الحفاضات على شكل حرف H. بيسمح التصميم بمرونة أكبر حولين الساق لتسهيل الحركة أثناء اللعب او الحركة أو لسهوله تغيير الحفاضات من غير ما ياثر علي الحماية من التسرب أو مستويات الراحة الي بتوفرها الحفاضات.

وسادة حفاضات الأطفال عبارة عن وسادة بتستخدم مره واحده بيتم وضعها جوه الحفاض عشان نوفر طبقة إضافية من الحماية ضد التسريبات ونقلل الرطوبة اللي بتضايق بشرة الطفل الحساسة. بتتُصنع الوسادات في العادةً من مواد ماصة زي القطن أو الخيزران أو الألياف الدقيقة، والظهر بتاع الحفاض بيكون مقاوم للماء عشان يمنع تسريب البلل لهدوم الطفل. وهي مصممة عشان تكون مريحة، وقابلة للتنفس، وسهلة التنظيف أو التخلص منها. بتعتبر الوسادات مفيدة بشكل خاص لحديثي الولادة واللي بتكون حركه الامعاء متكررة وغير متوقعة، وبتمنع كمان الطفح الجلدي والحفاظ على بشرة الطفل جافة وصحية.
