Therefore, the most modern adult teaching approach is based on the idea that a trainer has to take in account that his trainees should develop and release their full potential in their lives and careers."

📣 Our project team wrote a series of learning materials for trainers and adult teachers. The produced learning materials capture many important topics in the adult education field and raise awareness of the different aspects in relation to adults' learner-centeredness.
