Chipotle-glazed pumpkin and avocado–tofu purée for lunch at Raba today.
🌶️Recipe for the glaze:
45 g chipotle paste or adobo
60 g agave
5 g orange zest
15 g lime juice
10 g garlic, minced
1 g smoked paprika
1 g cumin
10 g soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Save this for when you need something insanely good.
