It means that you establish best practices and core, foundational actions for your people to do to ensure they are hitting their targets.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here is an example, on my team, we recommend that you make 30 connections per day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What is a connection? It’s a person qualified to buy your product.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m currently building a program that is going to make a new sales partner highly efficient with their energy, and make an average sales partner a ROCKSTAR.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Another thing I’m doing is building automated follow up sequences that work.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fortune is in the follow up, but sometimes salespeople who are busy filling the top of the funnel don’t do the best job of following up with prospects.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
